We reserve the right to decline any consultation or prescription request if we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe for the individual. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and may carry legal consequences.

3. Prescriptions

All medications dispensed through Pharmacy Weight Loss Winchester require a valid prescription issued by one of our GPhC or GMC-registered clinicians. Prescriptions are only issued following a satisfactory clinical assessment and at the sole discretion of our prescribers.

We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without a valid prescription. Prescriptions cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the named patient. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect your suitability for treatment.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order. You will not be charged for any order that has not been approved and dispensed by our pharmacy team.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a secure tracked postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. We accept no liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your prescription being approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been issued and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations.

If your consultation is declined, any payment taken for medication will be refunded in full. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice. Our services are not intended to replace your GP or primary healthcare provider.

You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
